How do I change the firmness?
Open the top cover and rearrange the labelled comfort layers on your side of the mattress.
Can both sides feel different?
Yes. Each half has its own adjustable comfort layers, so one partner can choose softer comfort while the other chooses a firmer feel.
Will the layers move or leave gaps?
The foam encasement is designed to secure the internal layers and reinforce the mattress perimeter.
Can I pay with Tabby or Tamara?
Yes. The purchase can be divided into four payments, subject to the payment provider’s approval and terms.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes return transit time, return processing and your bank’s processing time.
If you need to return an item, log in to your account, open the relevant order and choose the available return option. We’ll notify you by email after the returned item has been received and processed.
